Brad D. Glutting, a resident of Warren, Michigan, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 in Troy, Michigan at the age of 62. He was born on June 19, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Howard and Alice (nee' Pellosma) Glutting.
Brad was a devoted fan of the Detroit Tigers and held season tickets for many years. He enjoyed playing penny slots, bowling, and billiards, and even saved his father's favorite cue stick. He was a faithful Rolling Stones fan and never missed a concert held in Detroit, Michigan. Brad loved spending time with his daughter and enjoyed working on puzzles and playing Scrabble with her. He was also an avid fisherman and camper, and always dreamed of owning a cottage by Lake Michigan.
Brad was a salesperson in the Wire and Cable industry for over 25 years. He was a dedicated worker who took pride in his job and always put his customers first.
Brad is survived by his loving wife, Karen Glutting (nee' Witherspoon), his daughter Lindsay Glutting, and his siblings Bryan and Rev Gregg (Erin). He also leaves behind many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Brad will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and his love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him..
Family and friends will be gathering for a visitation and funeral service at the Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home 8459 Hall Road (3 Blks E. of Van Dyke) Utica on Tuesday,May 9 from 2-8pm and Wednesday, May,10 from11am until time of funeral service 1pm.
Entombment at Christian Memorial Cemetery Rochester Hills, Michigan
