Funeral services celebrating the life of Brad Michael Sylvester, 39, of West Monroe, Louisiana, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 28, 2025, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe. Interment will follow in Chatham Cemetery.
The visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
Brad was born on November 19, 1985, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and passed away on February 23, 2025, in West Monroe, Louisiana.
He was an amazing daddy to three beautiful kids who were the center of his world. Brad was a member of Cedar Crest Baptist Church. He was an avid deer hunter, bass fisherman, and loved drag racing.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Sylvester; paternal grandparents, Bob and Marie Sylvester; uncles, James Sylvester and Russell Sylvester.
Those left to cherish his memory are loving wife, Maegan Griggs Sylvester; children, Mia Sylvester, Marli Sylvester, and Jax Sylvester; mother, Lisa Sylvester, father-in-law, Petey Griggs; mother-in-law, Buffy Ardoin (Shannon); maternal grandmother, Colleen Chain; brother, Eric Sylvester (Joseph); aunts, Stacy Sylvester and Debbie Alleman (Ronnie); as well as a host of friends, family, and loved ones.
The pallbearers will be Rickie Williams, Dalton House, Kris Morris, Eric Sylvester, Derek Alleman, Darin Alleman, Tyler Sylvester, and Darrian Bouquet. Honorary pallbearers will be Walker Williams and Dalton Morris.
Memorials may be made to Cedar Crest Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA
