Memorial services for Brad Lamont Thompson, 44, of Wills Point, TX, are scheduled for 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2022, at St. Mark CME Church in Wills Point. Services are under the direction of Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home.
Brad passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
Brad Lamont Thompson, Sr. (aka BL, Hulk) was born January 30, 1978, to Katina Thompson and Jerry Warren, Sr. He was raised most of his life in Wills Point and he attended high school in Will Point, TX where he was very active in sports. Brad's passion was football and baseball. He also played basketball and ran track.
Brad joined Saint Mark CME church as a young boy. He loved singing and worshiping God.
Brad married his wife of 20 years Latoria Dillard-Thompson after dating almost 5 years on May 15, 2002.
Brad is proceeded in death by his son, Brandon Lonnel Thompson; grandfather Raymond Thompson, Sr.; grandparents Wilson and Faye Warren; devoted grandmother, Hortense Dunn; brother, Robert Rogers; mother-in-law, Elneita Dillard; uncles, Raymond, Maurice and Eldrick; brothers-in-law, Eugene and Laroy.
Brad leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Latoria Dillard-Thompson; children, Bryelle Thompson, Brad Thompson, Jr., Jamie Bivens and Brayleigh; mother, Katina; grandmother, Shirley; father Jerry, Jr. (Rosa); (Devoted Father Gregory); father-in-law, Lonnie Dillard ; brothers Kerry, Christopher (Christina), Keith, Treshod, Jerry, Jr. (Latasha); (special brother Kenneth Smith); sisters Kandis, Marcella, Quiniesha, Leah (David); (special sis Brie Dunn); many aunts and uncles and cousins on all sides of his family and friends.

We have not had long enough on earth to be together but we know we will see you again. We love you and we know you loved us unconditionally.
