Bradley Dillon Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Thomas Saksa Funeral Home - Granite City on Dec. 17, 2024.
Our dearest Bradley was born on June 19, 1992. Bradley's vibrant thespian spirit left his vessel on Friday December 13, 2024. Bradley was 32 years young. If you knew Bradley, then you know it was quite fitting that he parted this world on Friday the 13th. He was such a "grave" man and had puns for days. He really knew how to knock em dead. (Finger guns)
Bradley was happiest when onstage especially with his iDiOM Theater family in Bellingham, WA. He was a witty writer and captivating performer, an adept swordsman, and a wonderful rallying force to have in any production. Whenever offstage, he loved breathing the fresh sea and mountain air as oft as possible. His bright blue eyes were always searching for knowledge, twinkling with care and a hearty dash of mischief.
Bradley M. Dillon is survived by many as he never knew a stranger. He had the most inviting and generous soul. He had an innate ability to make others feel valued and heard, offering support and wisdom in ways that were both gentle and profound. He leaves behind his beloved Sarah Kate Kunkel (his partner) and his supportive father Donald T. Dillon. He's survived by the remaining children of the Dillon Clan; Donald M. Dillon (brother), Jeremy M. Dillon (brother), Tiffany N. Dillon (seastar), Corey M. Dillon (brother) and Tricia D. Dillon (seastar). He also leaves behind his lovely sister-n-law Hannah Dillon along with his little niblings; Cordelia (niece), Broderic (nephew), Leonidas (nephew), Lincoln (nephew) and William (nephew). His family truly meant the world to him.
Bradley's passing has left a void that cannot be filled but his legacy will live on in the lives he touched through his theater performances, contagious and hearty laughter, endless puns and genuine spirit.
The visitation service for Bradley M. Dillon will be held Wednesday December 18th from 3pm-5pm. It will be held at Thomas Saksa Funeral Home; located at 210 N Kansas St in Edwardsville, IL. The outpouring of love and support through his journey will never be forgotten. As Bradley always said: sweet dreams when you get there.
