O B I T U A R Y
Bradley W. Mitchell of Greensburg, Kentucky son of the late Joseph Warren Mitchell and Hazel Savannah Keltner Mitchell, was born on Thursday, October 12, 1961 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at his home. He was 64 years, 1 month, and 14 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church. He loved the Lord and continually everyday would listen to Christian radio stations. He drove the church bus and picked up kids for Wednesday night services for many years
He was a devout family man, took great care of his wife, and loved his children and family with all he had. He had a wonderful smile and gave wonderful hugs. He will be missed.
Brad was a kindhearted, loyal husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son and friend. He played baseball for the American Legion in Greensburg. He loved the New York Yankees. He also loved playing softball, both regular and coed and liked shooting pool. He was a Kentucky fan, true and true, he always said his blood was blue and blue.
He worked for the State Highway Department for 28 years and pushed a lot of snow. After his father passed away, he was a blessing to his mother. He did everything he could continually to help her. He had two dogs that he loved dearly in his life, Sadie and Max, they were his best friends and companions. He enjoyed his CB radio where his call sign was "Mealtickett" and had friends across the world that he would talk to.
He united in marriage to Miss Donna Meadows on Monday, July 29, 1996, who survives.
Other survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Jamie and Kisha Jeffries of Greensburg; two daughters and a son-in-law: Lynbree Nicki Mitchell of Columbia, Tasha and Gary Buckner of Greensburg; five grandchildren: Leah Buckner, Kacey Buckner, Zoey Jeffries all of Greensburg, Jay Bryant of Campbellsville, Cassie Lindsey of Bowling Green; one sister: Vickie Gray of Greensburg; nieces and nephew: Hallie Meadows, Heaven Meadows, Renae Meadows and Hayden Meadows; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother: Terry Mitchell.

The funeral service for Bradley W. Mitchell will be conducted at 2 P.M., Central Time, Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery. Bro. Marvin Janes and Bro. Steve James officiating.
Visitation is requested after 8:30 A.M., Central Time, Sunday at the funeral home until time of the service.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
