In Loving Memory of Bradley Steven Pico

Bradley Steven Pico, was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a lifelong Arizonan. He was a man of great faith, steady strength, and enduring cheer.

Family was the joy and center of his life. He married his sweetheart, Christy Kempton, in the Mesa Arizona Temple in 1985, and together they raised six children-Katie (Spencer), Preston (Rachel), Brent (Cami), John (Riley), Anne, and Aaron. They were blessed with 14 cherished grandchildren. He spoke of his family often and with great pride, never missing a chance to share their stories and celebrate their accomplishments.

Brad dedicated his life to serving others-as a missionary in London for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, an educator and leader in Arizona schools, and through countless quiet acts of kindness. He was passionate about and loved to play, watch and coach the game of football. He also found joy in hard work, especially through construction and his granite business. His charisma, laughter, selflessness and generosity lifted everyone he met.

He found deep purpose in mentoring youth, quietly shaping young lives with patience, wisdom, and Christlike love. Through encouragement and steady guidance, he helped them see the strength within themselves and inspired them to grow in both faith and life.

He served others with full hands and a full heart, often expressing his love by preparing and sharing meals. He found joy in gathering people around the table, always making sure they were fed and cared for. He enthusiastically nourished not just bodies, but souls.

Brad's legacy is one of love, faith in Jesus Christ, service, devotion to family and education. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

I am incredibly sad to hear of Brad's passing. Brad and I met about 5-years ago when he completed some granite installation for me. Over the past years he had become a friend that I could always count on. Brad was such a kind and confident person and I will truly miss this genuine man. May God welcome him to his kingdom and bring blessings to his friends and family. Rest in peace Brother!

Brad always had such a kind smile. We were in the same grade in Poston Jr High and Mountain View High Schools.

Brad and I graduated high school the same year. I didn't know him well but I will never forget the time a defenseless kid was getting beat up and Brad was the first one on the scene for the rescue. My condolences to Brad's entire family.

I Went to High School with this handsome fella and I haven´t seen him in about 10 years. Always a joy to talk with Brad! He certainly had a lot of the great characteristics his father, Coach Joe Pico did! Brad was a leader and I witnessed him standing up several times to defend others.
My sincere condolences to the family! Rest is peace Brad!

Brad interviewed me for my position at Sacation ESD. It was great place to work at and Brad had a lot to do with that. Learned much from Brad. He was a good man. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
