BRADY ROSS ANDERSON, age 43 of Waseca, died unexpectedly although peacefully at his home on the afternoon of Saturday, January 27, 2024.
Brady was born in Waseca on September 24, 1980, to parents Mark Anderson and Janice “Jan” Ross. He attended school in Waseca before beginning a lifetime of hard work that he loved. He began by working in the dairy industry, then was employed by A&A Manure Pumping, and later at C&D Oil. About a year ago he was very proud to have the opportunity to move from employee to owner of his business. He was passionate about his oil recycling company and was loved by his clients, many of whom became close friends. Brady’s whole heart was loved by his girlfriend Abbie Hanson, and together they were excitedly expecting a baby boy due in March. Before his passing, Brady was able to give his future son his name, Clay Matthew. Brady was a selfless man that would be quick to help anyone that needed him, and he was also quick with a one-liner if that was what was required. He had a great sense of humor, and he loved metal and wood working, cutting wood, collecting antique Herter’s snowmobiles, restoring antique cab-over trucks, and fishing and spearing. He was a long-time member of Trinity-Wilton Lutheran Church.
Brady is survived by his girlfriend Abbie of Waseca; his future son, Clay; his mother, Jan Ross of Waseca; his brother Darin (Nora Lindsay) Anderson of Hudson, WI; two nephews, Myles and Archer Anderson of Hudson, WI; his grandmother, Bonnie Ross of Waseca; and many aunts; uncles; cousins; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father; three grandparents, Burt and Helen Anderson and Edward Ross; and an uncle, Bruce Ross.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024 at the Third Street Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service in Waseca, and will continue for one hour before services on Saturday. Friends and family are invited to wear their favorite plaid/flannel to both the visitation and the funeral service in honor of Brady.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Trinity-Wilton Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca, and a luncheon will be held for friends and family at the Waseca Christian Assembly.
