Brandon Deshaun Coxton

Brandon Deshaun Coxton, age 30, passed away on January 1, 2026. He was born November 22, 1995 in Richlands, Virginia. Brandon was a protector and provider, but above all, he was a loving and devoted father. He had a heart full of love and a spirit that drew people in. Funny, outgoing, and full of life, Brandon had the biggest smile; one that could light up any room and make everyone around him feel at home.

His children were his pride and joy, and he loved spending time with his family, creating memories filled with laughter, music, and love. Brandon enjoyed fishing, hunting, listening to music, and being outdoors, but what mattered most to him was being surrounded by the people he loved. He was the kind of friend who showed up, stayed loyal, and made sure the people in his life knew they mattered. To know Brandon was to feel loved, protected, and appreciated.

Brandon is survived by his beloved children, Kaleb, Heavenly, Brennen, and Lynnlee; his siblings, Kimberly, Kayla, Ashlynn, Jashon, Deyvon, Antwain, Leaonia, Aiden, Elijah, and Kaizon; his forever best friend, Destiny; and his parents Darrell Coxton and Alvin Smith.

He was preceded in death by Brenda L. Coxton and Latisha L. Nibblins.

Brandon's life, though far too short, was full of love, laughter, and meaningful connections. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unforgettable memories that will live on through his children, family, and friends forever.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon Saturday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie McGlothlin and Rev. Danny Stinson, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-Noon.
