Brandon Erbse Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Doan & Mills Funeral Home on Feb. 5, 2026.
Brandon Alexander Erbse II, precious newborn son of Casey and Brandon Erbse, was born at 7:00 PM on January 12, 2026, and went to Heaven at 9:36 that night. After months of uncertainty and prayers, little Brandon was born at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN surrounded and embraced by unconditional love.

Baby Brandon was the answer to his parents' prayers. After years of patience, setbacks, and tears, Casey and Brandon were blessed with their miracle child. He was given his father's name and, although having just been born, his likeness. Despite the little time we had with him, he touched the hearts of everyone who had the honor of meeting him. He knew only the warmth of his mother and father and the adoration of his family. We are forever changed and beyond grateful for the brief, yet incredibly meaningful moments we were able to spend with him. He is now safe in the arms of Jesus until his mommy and daddy can hold him again.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his older siblings, Chloe, Damien, and Camrynn Cook; maternal grandparents, Jennifer and Gayle Meinsen; paternal grandparents, Zoey (Jason) Woods and Jeff (Janet) Erbse; maternal aunt, Tylean (Jake) Turner; their children Sadeigh and Josie; paternal uncle, Josh Erbse; and numerous cousins, relatives, and friends who loved baby Brandon very much.

Arrangements were handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
