Obituary of Brandon Foggie
February 14, 2024
Brandon Foggie was born April 11, 1952, to Norman Robert Foggie (Sr.) and Mable Foggie. Brandon was gregarious, possessed an infectious laugh, was kind, generous, never knew a stranger and was affectionately considered the mayor on the 3rd floor in Tanya Towers. A protective big brother, Brandon was known to tell a potential suitor, "You mess with Sista Foggie, me rocka you down." Brandon spent over 30 years at Tanya Towers. When asked about his plans for the summer, he would say: "Boat, again." He enjoyed going on cruises, bowling, the work program and his beloved friend, Hazel.
Brandon was preceded in death by his parents, his oldest brother, Norman Robert Foggie Jr, his younger brother, Carlton Coleman, his brother-in -law, Captain W. Drew Harrington as well as his aunts and uncles. Brandon is survived by his sister, Stephanie Welch, nephews, Kirkland, Cole, Bryon, Kenneth, Keith, and Kevin. His nieces Grace and Keely. Great niece Vivianna, cousins, and a host of great nieces, and nephews, friends and family. In addition to Hazel, his BFF Ronald Davis, nurse Tyneisha, and wonderful Fanny. Brandon leaves a legacy of memories and laughter. He will be terribly missed, but not soon forgotten.
