Share your Memorial with Family & FriendsBrandy Nicole Collins-Breckenridge, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away far too soon on July 8, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.Born on August 24, 1982, in San Diego, California, Brandy was the beloved daughter of Jeff and Tracie (Anders) Collins. From a young age, she stood out for her sharp mind, infectious humor and insatiable curiosity.Brandy was a devoted and beautiful mother, daughter, granddaughter, cousin, niece, aunt and friend. She cherished her sons, Vincent and Dominic, with every fiber of her being-attending their games with pride, especially cheering them on at the baseball field. She found deep joy in motherhood and poured her heart into raising her boys.Brandy's passions were many-cooking for the people she loved, caring for her houseplants, decorating with style and flair, exploring fashion, traveling and getting lost in a good book. She especially treasured trips to Illinois to spend time with her cousin and best friend, Emily Harkins. Her life was filled with creativity, warmth and a desire to make those around her feel seen and loved. She is survived by her loving parents, Jeff and Tracie Collins; her cherished sons, Vincent and Dominic Breckenridge; her grandmothers, Donna Collins and Bobbie Anders; her godparents, Ken Collins and Barb Hunter; her partner, Joshua Holten; her loyal dog, Sasha; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.Brandy was preceded in death by her grandmother Barbara Burwash; grandfathers George Anders, Jerry Collins and Don Burwash; and great-grandparents Everett and Clara Heinecke, and Robert (Pop) and Joy McConnell.Brandy's presence, humor and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of life was held at Brandy's church, Eau Gallie Baptist, on Saturday, July 12.
Those wishing to honor Brandy's life are encouraged to support the places and causes she loved most. Donations can be made in her memory to Eau Gallie First Baptist Church, Eau Gallie Little League or a local women's center-each reflecting her faith, her love for her boys and her deep compassion for others.
