Mrs. Brandy Kay Toland Ramsey, 50, of Mauk, GA passed away at her residence, surrounded by her loving family on September 22, 2025. A memorial service will be held at a later time.
Mrs. Ramsey was born on January 3, 1975, in Columbus, GA to Virgil and Carolyn Russell Toland. Brandy was a very caring person and loved helping everybody. She loved spending time with her family and cooking for them, especially her grandkids. Brandy was an animal lover and adored her dogs. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dewayne Toland.
Survivors include her husband, Xavier Ramsey of Mauk, GA; her mother, Carolyn Toland; two sons, Dustin Toland (Michelle) and Donald Norrell (Kadence Hill); two step-sons, Dawson Ramsey and Trevor Ramsey; three grandchildren, Frank, Jaxon and Charli; and several nieces and nephews.
Way-Watson Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
