BRAXTON E. “BRACK” STARNES, JR., age 42 of Dandridge, TN formerly of Chesterfield, S.C. passed away Thursday evening, February 29, 2024, at his home.  He will be remembered as a free spirit and lived his life like he wanted to live.  Brack had a good heart and was a dedicated friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.  

He is survived by his parents, Braxton “Brad” and Tammy Starnes; sister, Heather (Anthony) Bell; brother, Clayton “Clay” (Nikita) Starnes; niece, Aubrey Bell; nephew, Keaton Bell; and special friend of the heart, Hannah Huckabee and his loyal fur baby, Liza.  There will be a private memorial service held at a later date.
