Brayden Avery Pusok was born in Houston, Texas on May 15, 2009, and passed away in
Tomball, Texas on September 28, 2025.
Our hearts are broken over the loss of Brayden Avery Pusok. He was beloved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed by his family, friends, teachers, classmates, and the countless lives he touched with his love and kindness. He truly had a heart of gold and was such a beautiful soul. Brayden was the best son that a parent could ever ask for and he was the kid that every parent wants their kid to have as a friend because he was the best. He was a friend to everyone he met. He was respectful at all times, smart, gentle, reliable, hardworking, talented, funny, easy to talk to, thoughtful, and his style was unmatched.
Brayden was a Junior at Klein Cain High School. His classmates affectionately knew him as Bad Boy Butters because of his love of wearing his leather jacket and for his favorite South Park character Butters. At Cain, he excelled in academics and he meant business. Brayden especially loved his accounting and business classes. He was an active and engaged member of his school community and participated in DECA, Accounting UIL, and the VITA Tax Prep Program. Dating back to 7th grade, Brayden set the tone with his GQ business style by wearing suits on Fridays and he liked to call them "Formal Fridays." He did not care what others thought. He wore them proudly because he felt great wearing them and his teachers and classmates grew to love this about him. Brayden had complete confidence in himself. So much so we wanted to bottle it up and sell it. He was truly inspirational. Brayden aspired to be an accountant and hoped to own his own sports memorabilia business after working alongside his Uncle Ray at The Batters Box, a job which he truly enjoyed and ultimately developed a love for sports from. He truly had big dreams. Brayden was a person whose heart was as big as his passions. He found joy in nature, art, music, bowling, playing chess, playing video games, playing sports, working out, biking, spending time with friends, attending card shows with his dad, adding to his ever-growing sports memorabilia collection, and enjoying game nights and watching his favorite tv shows with his family.
Whether on the lanes, sporting his famous suits, or behind a canvas making art, Brayden poured his soul into everything he did. He had a unique ability to make those around him feel seen and valued, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and countless memories. His love and warm compassionate nature made him a friend to all and a source of unwavering support to those who needed it the most. His vibrant spirit and infectious energy will never be forgotten. May his memory continue to inspire those who were lucky enough to know him and may it live on in Formal Fridays and random acts of kindness in his honor.
Brayden is preceded in death by his grandmother, Gaynelle Pusok, and his great-grandparents, Rudolph and Elisa Pusok, and Herman and Cecilia Petersen.
He is survived by his mother Holly Pusok Suter and father Michael Suter; sister, Alexis Suter; grandparents, Rudolph Pusok, and Tom and Pam Suter; uncles, Ray Pusok, Mark Pusok, Randy Bonner, David Shirley, Wayne Hutcherson, and Jimmie Pusok; aunts, Bonnie Pusok, Kimm Bonner, Tara Suter Jackson, Robin Pusok, and Joyce Hutcherson; cousins, Heather Malak and husband John Cole, Harper Malak, and Jennifer Pusok; and numerous additional cousins and cherished friends.
