She was born July 9, 1958, in Wheeling, WV to the late Robert & Dolores (Nash) Phillips.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Albert; her infant grandson, Atlas D. Lombardi; and her fur babies: Pam, Sandy, Taffy and Trixie.
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Dona'e Lombardi and son-in-law, Stephen Lombardi; her twin sister, Linda Lohr; her nephew, Dolph Capitini; her grand-nephew, Niko Capitini; Rachael Swayngim; and her cat, Ginger.
Friends will be received for a graveside celebration of life on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 2pm, at Greenwood Cemetery. The family invites those attending to honor her memory by wearing colors that reflect joy and life, rather than black.
She will be missed deeply, but we find comfort knowing that she is reunited with her husband and grandson and that her love will continue to guide us.
Those who knew Brenda will always remember her spunky humor and compassion for animals. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome and was a second mom to many.
