Brenda Smith Coons, age 71 of the Jimtown Community in Macon County, TN passed away Monday evening, February 3, 2025 at The Palace in Red Boiling Springs, TN. Brenda is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Brenda Smith Coons will be conducted Thursday afternoon, February 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Braden Smith officiating. Interment will follow at a later date in the Smith Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
She is preceded in death by: parents, James Lewis & Dorothy (Gregory) Smith.
Survivors include: husband, Ronnie Coons of the Jimtown Community; daughters, Stephanie Kernell & husband, David, Latisha Wright & husband, Shannon all of Red Boiling Springs, TN; step-sons, Ronnie L. Coons of Alphine, TN, Jimmy Coons & wife, Amy of Red Boiling Springs, TN; grandchildren, Brittany Hackney, David Kernell, Kayla Jones, Miles Wright, Destin Wright, Brandon Coons, & Haley Coons; 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
