Brenda Faye(Coley) Fryar, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Ooltewah.

A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Fryar worked with her late husband, Tommy Fryar at the family business, Fryar's Garage as a bookkeeper. Her passion was being a stay home mom and raising her three children.

She loved crafts, entertaining her family when they all came over and swam in the pool and she was a great cook. Nothing could take the place of her time with her kids and grandkids. Her favorite time of year was Christmas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Coley and Lucille Coley, her husband, Tommy Fryar and one child.

Mrs. Fryar is survived by her daughter, Kelli (Crosby) Jones; son, Bryan (Lindsay) Fryar, all of Chattanooga; grandsons, Will (Barinya) Brown, Los Angeles, CA and Coley Fryar, US Navy stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii; 3 great-grandchildren, Madison Brown, Ben Fryar, and Delilah Fryar; two sisters, Delores Pack, Gail Johnson and many nieces and nephews.

The family will have a visitation on Thursday, September 11,2025 from 5:00- 8:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
