Mrs. Clements was born July 27, 1942, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late Clinton & Mabel Turner Giddens. She graduated from Fitzgerald High School and was the office manager at her husband's insurance agency, Clements Allstate, for a brief time. Mrs. Clements was a devoted homemaker, loving wife and mother. She was a member of Central Baptist in Warner Robins, Georgia.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Frank Clements of Warner Robins; two daughters: Linda (Bryan) Gerstel of Leesburg and Kimberly (Kelly) Hamilton of Warner Robins; three grandchildren: Jonathan (Jesa) Gerstel of Brunswick, Joshua (Savanna) Gerstel of Sylvester and Kay Hamilton of Warner Robins and a great-granddaughter, Bailey Gerstel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers: Jack Giddens, Harold Giddens, Alvin Giddens and Melvin Giddens.
Paul Funeral Home, Fitzgerald, is in charge of arrangements.
