Brenda Kay Hannah

Brenda Kay Ellis Hannah, 67, of Salem, NJ, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at her home under the care of her family and hospice.
She was born to the late Rev. Daniel W. Ellis and Minnie Ola Tanksley Ellis on August 12, 1958. She had been a life long resident of South Jersey and was educated in the Bridgeton Public School System. Brenda was a dedicated employee and had most recently been employed in sales management for Mattress Firm in Millville and had been previously employed by Kensington Furniture in Egg Harbor Twp., Leone Industries (Ardagh Group) in Bridgeton, Kimble Glass in Vineland and Durand Glass in Millville.
Brenda "Loved the Lord" and she was a loving parent to her two sons. She loved her family and loved to cook, clean and listen to music. She enjoyed being on her computer and taking pictures as she was very photogenic.
Brenda is survived by; son, Otis E. Hannah, III of Hammonton; grandchildren, Gerrae Hannah, Brenda McCoy Hannah, Jamar Glen and Sarah Thomas Holley; great-grandchildren, Antoinette Medina, Terrence McCoy, MacKenna Hannah, Micah Hannah, Gerrae Anthony Hannah and Ava Rae Hannah; significant other, Anthony Skinner; siblings, Ruby J. Ellis Taylor of Bridgeton, Audrey Ellis Williams of Vineland, Robert Ellis of Millville, Eddie Ellis of Bridgeton, Willie C. Ellis of Sicklerville and Victor L. Ellis of Birdgeton; and her ex-husband Otis E. Hannah, Jr. She was preceded in death by; son, Jonathan A. Hannah; siblings, Johnny Ellis, Daniel Ellis, Theodore Ellis, Bruce A. Ellis and Rose M. Ellis.
She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 29th at 11 AM, at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp.
