Born in Philadelphia to the late Davis A. Simons and Erma Cook Simons, she had been a Bridgeton resident for over 50 years. Prior to living in Bridgeton, she had resided in Atlantic City. Prior to her retirement she had worked for New Jersey Bell Telephone Company out of the Bridgeton location.
She is survived by; four nieces, Susan Webb (Glenn), Sara S. Brown, Stephanie Rooks, and Stacey Hentges (Butch), all of GA. One Great niece, two Great nephews and two great great nieces She was preceded in death by her parents; Davis and Erma Simons, her brother Austin Corbin Simons and sister-in-law, Agnes Clark Simons.
Graveside services will be held at 11AM on Thursday, November 20th at Woodruff United Methodist Cemetery in Bridgeton. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website, www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
