Publish in a newspaper

Lifelong resident of North Braddock, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

Born the son of the late James E. Reichert and the late Margaret Jane (Lynch) Reichert.

Beloved father of Erin and Meghan Reichert, both of Turtle Creek.

Loving brother of Mary Kathleen (Gino) Irdi, James "Sweeney" (Colleen) Reichert, Sean (William Nuernberg) Reichert, Martin (Gina) Reichert, and Kevin (Kimberly) Reichert.

Dear uncle of Natalie, Nigel, Brian, Lauren, Brendan, and Nick. Great uncle of Aurora.

Also survived by countless friends, who affectionately referred to Dan as "Bip".

Danny was proud to have been born and raised in the town of North Braddock. He was a 1984 graduate of Turtle Creek High School. Danny was immensely proud of his Irish heritage, a pride that was reflected in his strong sense of community and his commitment to his roots. He was a skilled laborer who dedicated many years of service to various municipalities, where his work ethic and friendly demeanor left a lasting impact on his colleagues and the many citizens he encountered. An avid motorcyclist, Danny found freedom and solace on the back of his Harley Davidson. Danny's loving nature was the cornerstone of his existence. He approached life with a kind and friendly spirit that drew people to him. Those who knew Danny were touched by his selfless personality. He was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without a second thought.
