Brian M. Addison, passed away on May 6, 2025.
Brian was born the only child to Stephanie Addison and Paul Brown on March 25, 1989, in Kansas City, Missouri.
As a child, he attended Southside First Baptist Church with his family, where he was baptized at the age of 10. He was preceded in death by his father, as well as his maternal grandparents, Roy Lee Addison Sr. and Alice Addison; and his paternal grandparents, George Brown Jr. and Sarah Lee Brown.
Brian attended Hickman Mills High School where he graduated in 2008. Upon graduating high school, he attended ITT technical Institute. Brian went on to start his own floor cleaning business, Heaven Scent.
Brian was full of love, smiles, joy, jokes, and could very loudly talk your ears off at times. He was kind, loyal and protective of his family and friends. To know Brian was to love him. If you needed him, he would be there for you. One thing about Brian, right, wrong, or indifferent, he would make sure you knew what he thought. Brian was full of life, very outspoken and passionate about his beliefs. He had a special love for his mother and his son.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving mother, Stephanie; His beloved son, Bryland. Two cousins and a friend that were more like brothers, James Pearson; Gill Roberts; and Conrad Brown. Several aunts; uncles; cousins; friends; and loved ones.
Brian will be missed by many. Each person that he touched he left them with their own deep loving memories.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 30, 2025, 12:00 p.m. at Watkins Heritage Chapel 4000 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd. KCMO 64130. Interment: Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the Chapel. For further information call Watkins Heritage Chapel at 816-861-3030. Arrangements entrusted to Watkins Heritage Chapel.
