Brian is more than just my lifelong childhood best friend. He was my first love, my first hug in middle school, and my first kiss on the cheeks in high school. He introduced me to my best friend Taryn in middle school who I still hang out with today and he introduced me to my best friend Daniel in high school when he left to do running start. My world revolved around him, I saved up all of my lunch money to buy him things and he thought I was I was rich. He came first even before my boyfriends in high school and college and they hated it. Before he left for Boston, he introduced me to my soulmate Justin so because of Brian's matchmaking, I am married with a child and another baby on the way. The pain I feel today reminds me of the pain I felt when I loved him so much it hurts and had to get over him when I couldn't see him while he was away in treatment but then right whenever I saw him again in person, the pain of loving him so much it hurts always came back. I love Brian more than I ever showed and I will miss him more than he will ever know. I am a Belts at heart always and forever.

I met Brian a few years ago but really got to know him last spring painting a mural outside his home in Fort Lauderdale. Brian and Dominic commissioned me to do this mural but they both had a lot of influence in what was painted. Brian lives within this mural and a constant reminder to me how sweet and caring he was. When it was 90 degrees and humid he was constantly asking if I wanted a cold drink or even lunch. We would chat surrounded by the peacocks he loved and had a few good laughs. He is missed but lives on in this painting. Spread your wings and fly.

Brian saved my nephews life once. For real. It was then he became someone I loved like family. He knew what it meant to be a friend. He was a cool dude, who had the bigger heart than most grown ups I know today. Will miss your richness you brought to an argument or debate. Will miss the love you didn't show a lot of the time, but those who knew you, could see it. You mattered, Brian. You mattered big.

I've been a high school business teacher for close to 30 years now; names and faces get washed out over time, but definitely not Brian! I remember him in marketing class, student store, and deca; he had a good work ethic, and was a solid team member. I always enjoyed the trueness of his spirit and personality. He is remembered and will be missed.

Brian was the first friend I made in the Tri-Cities. We jammed together in 7th grade and hung out and went to shows through my life. I saw him last time he was in the region and it was like nothing changed. Brian was 1 in a million and how much it hurts me that he passed away didn´t hit me until I knew this truth. He was one of the best people I´ve ever met, and I hope to one day give him a hug in the after life. I´ll forever miss this man.

I have so many childhood memories! We'd love to put little animals in the rain gutters and put the hose on. We'd have bridges built and a whole forest going on down the whole street! Swimming, jumping from trampoline to the pool, seeing how long we can hold our breathe in the hot tub! His mom calling me HailzSnailz when I'd walk in. Alot of my childhood was surrounded by Brian! I loved every min of it! Brian was always a fun time to be around. I remember my Dad would tease him as kids and call him George he'd always say "IM NOT GEORGE" you will be missed my friend, all ur family is my my thoughts.
