Brian J. Bennor

A graveside service for Brian Joseph Bennor, age 58, of Malone, NY, will be held on Wednesday, January
10, 2024 at 11:00AM at St. John Bosco Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at the First Baptist
Church on Harrison Place in Malone following the graveside. Brian passed away unexpectedly on
Tuesday, January 2, 2023, at his home. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral
Home, Malone.
Brian is survived by Kathleen Bennor of Massena, NY; children, Brianna and Steven Bennor of Brushton,
NY; his mother, Ethel A. Bennor of Malone, NY; his siblings, Paul M. Bennor Jr., Brenda Pritchard of
Malone, NY, Kimberly Bennor and her significant other, James Seymour of Malone, NY, Tammy
Trombley of Malone, NY, Timothy Bennor and his wife, Veronica, of Toledo, Ohio, and Robert Bennor of
Cicero, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wonderful caregiver, Jessica Pritchard. Brian is
predeceased by paternal grandparents, Addison and Eva Bennor; his maternal grandparents, Fred Miller
and Margaret Bouvia.
Brian was born on May 16, 1965, in Malone, NY, the son of the Paul F. Bennor and Ethel A. Bennor. He
graduated from Franklin Academy. He married Kathleen Walker in Plattsburgh, NY. Brian served in the
United States Army until his honorable discharge. He later did construction and roofing until he became
disabled.
Brian cherished his close pals and the little joys of life. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and cheering
for the NY Giants.
