Brian Keith Colburn, of Jacksonville Florida, affectionately known as "BC" was born August 29, 1966 in Kokomo Indiana to Jesse and Caroline Colburn. Brian passed away unexpectedly, at his home on October 25, 2022.
He was predeceased by his Parents, Siblings: Sheila, Wesley and Jesse. He is survived by Siblings: Brenda Rose, Donna Lesley, Darrell and Darron Colburn.
He loved his family fiercely. He was devoted to his Wife of 23 years, Lisa (Nolan). He is a Father to Brian Morgan, Carolyn (Blake) McCarthy and Caleb Colburn. To his Grandchildren Natalee and Nathan Morgan, he was a Paw Paw. He never met a stranger and had a lot of friends. He was especially close with his best bud, Sammy.
Brian loved to dance. He would dance with himself, his wife, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, even a 2x4 if no one was around to dance with him. He would dance with anyone who wouldn't resist him, stand still and not be twirled and whirled around to the music. He loved to sing! One of his favorite things to listen to was his son, Caleb, play guitar.
Brian was a kind man who has been seen to literally give the shirt off his back. We have had more guests that he's brought to our holiday table than anyone else. He as always looking out for someone. He never wanted any man to be left behind.
Brian had a work ethic like no other. He was a crafty ginger and would help you any way that he could. Brian could fix just about anything. He could build whatever you want.
Brian was a man of his word. He was a great teacher. He was a Jack of many trades. He shared many of his trades with his two sons. He built things for his daughter and his wife. This. Man. Was. The. Grill. Master. There will never be another grill tender like him, with a heart as tender as the delicious meats he would grill.
He loved family, friends, his dog Willie, working, and his Bud Light. He was a funny, gentle and very caring man. If you have had a chance to know him in your life, you were lucky. He always found a way to make light of a bad situation and could pull you out of a deep rut. We are at a total loss, and will miss him deeply. In his honor, "you ought to help a brother out."
Details for his celebration of life to follow soon.

I write this with a heavy heart today. To hear this news of BC passing saddens and shocks me.
BC was like a son to my husband Lloyd and I.
From his wedding and marriage to Lisa i still remember the cameras and all of the pictures we took. So many fond memories of BC they are too many to mention..They all make me smile. I could talk to BC about ANYTHING in confidence.
He was my partner at American Architectural Exteriors and a great asset. Pops loved him like no other and BC necer let a Birthday or fathers day go by without reaching out to Lloyd to thank him for the skills he passed on to him over the last 30 years he was in our lives.
BC loved the Lord and is home now.please know how we love you all and pray for the strength and courage to celebrate this gentke giant of a man.wise beyond his years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. With Love
The MCINTYRE family

I don´t know what to say. I am in total disbelief. To the family and friends of Brian you have my condolences and are in my thoughts and prayers. I don´t think I´ve ever known a more thoughtful, caring, generous and funny man in my entire life. You sure had a way with people that was infectious. Rest in peace my brother you will surely be missed. I´m so honored to have known you and call you my friend. You will always be admired as a great husband, father and brother. Sure enjoyed all our talks, Love you in Christ BC
