Brian Draper

Brian Draper, 52, passed away suddenly on April 26, 2023. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware on November 9, 1970, and grew up in the Wilmington Trolley Square area. He later graduated from William Penn High School and became an accomplished Journeyman Carpenter in Carpenters Union Local 626. He worked diligently at corporate exhibit companies Display Arts, Art Guild, and Nth Degree before eventually becoming a field supervisor for exhibit setups at trade shows and conferences across the US and Internationally.
Brian had a huge passion and talent for music, as a gifted writer and playing lead and rhythm guitar for a rock band he organized called "De La War" that performed at many local gigs. He recently realized his life's vision to open a first-class music recording studio called Main Line Studios. Brian was a humble, caring, and artistic person who enjoyed life and loved spending time with his many family members and close friends and loved his cat dearly. He was also an avid Eagles and Phillies fan, with many hobbies including pro paintballer, concert goer, and motorcyclist.
Brian was the beloved son of Helen Draper, who is predeceased, and is survived by brothers Richard Trincia, Carl (Linda) Trincia, Chris (Rhonda) Draper, predeceased by his sisters Carolyn Neil and Cynthia Neil, and survived by ten nieces and nephews. Other family, lifelong friends, and mentors important to Brian were Mike Trincia (predeceased), Steve Draper, Patrick (PJ) Schafferman, Karl Wester, and Rich Clark.
A Celebration of Brian's life will be held on Thursday May 11th, at 11:00am at the Corleto-Latina Family Center, 807 N. Union St. Wilmington. Where family and friends are invited to a visitation starting at 9:00am. Interment will follow this Celebration of life in Cathedral Cemetery.
