DUPUIS, Brian Joseph Sr. – of Montrose, age 61, died Monday, July 14, 2025 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, July 20, 2025 at O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose, Michigan. Nawar Abed officiating. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Brian was born July 29, 1963 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to David and Adele (Willhite) Dupuis. He grew up in East Detroit and graduated from East Detroit High School with the class of 1981. He received his Associates Degree from Devry Institute in Electrical in 1983. On August 8, 1998 he married Geraldina Venezia in Harrison Township, Michigan. Brian was a member of the Eagle Aerie # 3609 in Clio, Michigan. He served as a high school football coach and also coached at Findlay College in Ohio. He enjoyed camping, going to the casino, working on cars and keeping his lawn mowed. Brian liked his mountain dew pop, watching the hummingbirds, and playing games on his tablet. However, his greatest joy in life was his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving are: Wife, Geraldina Dupuis; Children, Brian (Jessica) Dupuis Jr., Anthony Dupuis, Amanda Dupuis; Grandchildren, Aiden, Jackson, Josiah, Jonah; Mother, Adele Osborne; Siblings, Denise (Chuck) McMillan, David Dupuis, Dwayne (Heather) Dupuis; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father, David (Pat) Dupuis, Step Father, Milton Osborne; Sister, Roxanne Wasil; Brother, Troy Dupuis.
