Brian Terrell Foreman, 78, with family by his side passed away on May 18th, 2025 in Norfolk, VA. He was the son of the late Martha Virgil Spruill and James Wesley Foreman Jr. He was also predeceased by his wife, Patsy Pearson Foreman; mother-in-law, Helene Nugent. Brian was born in in Elizabeth City, NC and resided in Virginia Beach, VA for fifty plus years. He was a produce manager in several grocery stores in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. He didn't mind the early hours as he said he was home in the afternoon to be with Patsy and Helene to spend the rest of the day with. Brian was a dedicated husband and son-in-law being their caregiver in taking care of them with a heart of gold and soul of a saint with so much love and support. He was a member of Haygood United Methodist Church and the Methodist men group, and looked forward to having breakfast with them. He will be missed by everyone
He is survived by many family members; nephews, nieces; sisters; cousins; great nephew; great great-nephews and nieces; friends; and neighbors.
A funeral service will be held 12pm, Friday, May 30th, 2025 at Haygood United Methodist Church with a reception one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends from 5pm till 7pm, Thursday, May 29th, 2025 at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, if you would like to make donations to his church Haygood United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
