Brian Lee Gaddis, born on April 14th, 1968 in Terre Haute, IN, USA, passed away on January 6th, 2026. A devoted husband, father, son, and brother, Brian was known for his generosity, dedication, reliability, and above all, his unending love for his family. He spent most of his life in Elwood, Indiana, where he filled his home with laughter, warmth, and the spirit of adventure.

Brian was a service technician for QSI in the banking sector, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to his work and colleagues. His dedication was not confined to work alone. Brian was a proud former chairman of the Boy Scouts Troup 347 and a member of the Order of the Arrow. His hobbies were a testament to his vibrant spirit and love for the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and bushcraft. His Harley was a symbol of his free spirit, and he cherished the time he spent riding it. An avid lover of electronics, Brian enjoyed tinkering in his garage. However, what mattered most to Brian was his family, and he treasured every moment spent with his loved ones.

Brian is survived by his loving wife of over three decades, Rachel Gaddis; his children, Benjamin and Olivia Gaddis; his father, Jack Gaddis; his sisters, Lori Alexander and Jennifer (Kent John) Clare; his in-laws, Patrick and Kathy Fetz, Resa (Steve) Everling, Patrick (Marie) Fetz, and Adriana Fetz; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Gaddis; his brother, Anthony Gaddis; his brother-in-law, Tony Alexander; and his grandparents.
