It is with profound sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Brian Heneger age 58, Westerville, Saturday, September, 27, 2025, a truly remarkable individual whose life was a testament to unwavering faith, boundless love for his family, and extraordinary kindness towards all. He was born December 3, 1966, in Columbus a son of Virgie Mae Henegar of Westerville and the late Alger Bert Henegar.

He was the kind of person who instinctively offered a helping hand, providing comfort and support without hesitation to anyone in need. His infectious laughter and unparalleled sense of humor were a beacon, brightening even the darkest days and bringing joy precisely when you needed it most regardless of what he was going through. He was a passionate cook, delighting in sharing his culinary creations with family. He found immense enjoyment in friendly competition, whether on the bowling lanes aiming for that perfect strike or on the golf course. Yet, of all his roles and passions, being Rena's Dad was undoubtedly his greatest source of pride and happiness. The love he held for her was immeasurable, a bond that defined his very heart.

Professionally, Brian dedicated many years of service as a Manager of Sports World for several years and as Fleet Manager of Foxworth Galbraith/Arkansas Valley Lumber. His impact extended deeply into the community as well, where he was a beloved youth football coach for several seasons, guiding and inspiring countless young athletes with patience and encouragement. He was a devoted animal lover, and his spirited loyalty to both the Green Bay Packers and the Ohio State Buckeyes was legendary among those who knew him.

The absence of Brian's vibrant spirit, his warmth, and his selfless kindness will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of really knowing him. His legacy of love, goofy laughter, and unwavering devotion will forever resonate in our hearts. He will be profoundly missed and eternally cherished.

Brian is survived by one daughter, Rena Stashia; his siblings, Pamela Carl, Willa Henk (Scot), Joline Michelle Garcia (Antonio), Danelle Moore (Richard), Daniel Lee Henegar, Julia Thomas (Julian), Jeremy Henegar, and several nieces and nephews and friends.

In addition to his father, Brian was preceded in death by two brothers, Grant Allen Henegar and Michael Alan Henegar.
