Robert was born on December 8, 1950 in Covington, Kentucky to John and Lucille Tuttle.
He was a retired Pipefitter with Local # 392. Scruff was a member of the Newport Elks Lodge # 273, the Taylor Mill Moose Lodge # 1469 and the Dayton Eagles. He was an avid golfer, he enjoyed bowling, softball and crosswords.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers John Henegar & Edward Henegar and great-grandchild, Krue. He is survived by his wife Michelle (Macke) Henegar, daughter Kimberly (Michael) Hogan, a son Robert (Stephanie) Henegar, Jr., brothers Frank (Rhonda) Henegar & Jay Henegar, sisters Barb ((late Daniel)) Hurrelbrink, JoAnn (Jerry) Riggs, Tammy (Bob) Oestreicher, Diana Henegar & Kathy Schill, grandchildren, Cody, Cole, Mason, Nelson, Jackson & Wilson, great-grandchildren, Timothy, Kristofer, Kali & Teagan.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Friday, June 20, 2025 at St. Thomas Church in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday June 21, 2025 from 2:00 PM till 6:00 PM. at the Newport Elks. All are welcome.
Memorials are suggested to the Newport Elks Lodge # 273 3704 Alexandria Pike Cold Spring, Kentucky 41076.
