Brian Hunsucker of St. Paul, Minnesota June 26th, 1964 to July 18th, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Brian, gone far too soon. A beloved father, grandfather, brother, son, friend and colleague, he brought light, laughter, and love to everyone he knew.

He is survived by his three sons, Dustin, Joey, and Matthew, who were his greatest pride, his daughter's-in-law, Michele and Kayla whom he loved like his own, and by his seven cherished grandchildren: Marina, Tristan, Ivy, Coralynn, Charlie, Cecelia, and Colbie, his siblings, Ron and Sheri and many family members in Kansas, where he was born. He is also survived by colleagues at Louis & Cossettas, who were like a family to him, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by the beloved mother of his children, Brenda Norcross; his parents, Carol and Donald; his stepfather, Buddy; and his dear sisters, Laura and Kelly. Shortly after his passing, he was joined by his cat Jack and we are comforted to know that they are resting easy together.

He was known for his humor and infectious laugh. A proud figure in the service industry, he touched countless lives with his hard work, warm smile, and knack for turning colleagues into lifelong friends. He had a deep love for travel and we are only sorry that he will not be able to continue his adventures. He adored holiday gatherings, long walks and just having a good time. Above all, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren, who brought him endless joy. They will carry on his warmth, wit, and love for life. He loved deeply, laughed loudly, and lived fully. He will be missed beyond measure but remembered in our hearts forever.

A celebration of life will be held in Brian's honor on Thursday, August 7th from 12:00pm to 2:30pm at Louis Ristorante & Bar – 211, 7th Street West, St. Paul, MN.
