I met Brian through the Wilmington MS support group, MS Moments. Brian was a wonderful part of the group with his own brand of humor and his willingness to share the latest news and information he had learned about what was happening in the MS research community.
Brian was he largest fundraiser each year at the Wilmington Walk MS
Whatever Brian did, he gave his all and he showed the rest of us in the group how to be humble and how to fight a good fight.
You will be missed by many Brian. Thanks for sharing yourself with us.

We met Brian many years ago while attending our first meeting of the Wilmington MS Support Group where Brian was one of the co-leaders. My wife, Jolanda, was recently diagnosed with MS in Atlanta and upon our retirement and relocation to the Wilmington area we decided to join the support group. Brian was very open, welcoming, friendly and re-assuring despite the fact that he himself had a very progressive form of multiple sclerosis, with associated mobility issues. Brian treated us like family, as he did with everyone who walked through the door of the support group. He was always researching the latest in MS research and treatment options and keeping the group up to date on what the National MS Society was doing. He was very thoughtful and kind in helping people deal with their MS and treated everyone graciously with a sense of wit and humor. In addition, for many years he was one of the largest fundraisers for the annual MS Wilmington Walk MS for the National MS Society as part of our support group team MS Moments to raise MS awareness and help find a cure. And, even on his own initiative, found a sponsor to produce our team's walk t-shirts - at no cost. After several years, and starting to experience increasing decline, he encouraged me to take over from him as one of the co-leaders of the support group and help continue his legacy. He also was very proud of his participation as a member of the Grace United Methodist Church choir and volunteer. Brian Little was a true Southern gentleman in every sense of the word - demonstrating deep faith in God, love of family and friends, humility and selflessness and loyalty and devotion to his church. Brian was a fine man who lived his life fully - as an inspiration to others - the way we all should live. May he rest in peace.
