He was born November 1, 1973, in Warren, OH, the son of Jack Moore and Dulcinia (Benson) Moore.
Brian was employed as a truck driver at Transport America for over 25 years. Brian loved reading, traveling and listening to church music.
He is survived by his mother, Dulcinia Moore; sister, Charmaine Brown; nephew, John Brown; and great-niece, Corinne Scott.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Moore.
Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Park, Warren, OH.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
