I was good friends with Brian and he did and always will hold a very special place in my heart. He was / is a good man, and even though we had our ups and downs we remained good friends to each other. The world is just a little less bright without him in it.

I was good friends with beloved Brian in seminary: GTS in New York City, 1982-1984. We shared a love for God, sports, and good conversation. One of the most loving and Gospel infused priests I have ever known. I didn't know you were leaving us Brian. May you rest in God's eternal peace.
