Brian Thomas Paxton, 69, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 14, 2025, at his home. He was under the care of Oakstone Home Health and Hospice.
Tom was born March 27, 1956, in Crockett, CA, to Edmund Paxton and Anne Paxton. He grew up and attended schools in Crockett, CA. He received an associate’s degree in law and later went on to a career of 45 years as an ASE Certified Mechanic.
On August 21, 1991, he married Ann Rose in California. Tom and Ann made their home in Shelley, Idaho, where Tom worked as a mechanic for Final 43.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with his wife.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Michelle O'Brien; granddaughter, Alyssa O’Brien; great-grandchildren, Lilah and Ellie; sister, Carol Palacio, brother, Jerry Paxton, sister, Margaret Paxton, brother, John Paxton, and sister, Katherine Paxton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Rose Paxton, and parents, Edmund and Anne Paxton.
No services will be held at this time.
