Brian Keith Peiffer, 61, of Wyomissing, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Reading Hospital with his family by his side. He was the husband of Donna J. (Care) Peiffer, with whom he shared 40 years of marriage on Nov. 17th.
Brian, a son of Frederick "Fritz" Peiffer, husband of Kitty, and the late Louise (Eckert),wife of Richard Miller, was born in Lebanon. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Steven B. Peiffer, life partner of Mandy Hicks; his daughter, Erika L., wife of Geoffrey Tratnack; a brother, Brad Peiffer; three sisters, Wendy Green, Jodi Peiffer, and Karen Sattazahn; and his four grandchildren, who were the joy of his life, Landon, Kaiden, and Ellie Tratnack, and Zigmund "Ziggy" Peiffer.
He was a 1981 graduate of Tulpehocken High School and was still employed with DS Smith Papermill.
He attended Glad Tidings Church and had a strong belief in God, his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He was a US Air Force Veteran, and will be laid to rest at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at a later date.
He was passionate in all things he did and was a strong competitor and an avid golfer, runner, and all-around athlete.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, Mar. 6th, at Glad Tidings Church, 1110 Snyder Road, Reading. Visitation with the family will be held from 10-11:00 AM, Thursday, at the church. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville, is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.lammandwitman.com

America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender.
