Brian Joseph Picard

Brian Joseph Picard, 65, of Auburndale, Florida, passed away at his home on Monday, November 4, 2024. Born on November 1, 1959, in Southington, Connecticut, to Joseph and Jane Picard. Brian moved to Auburndale in 2021 from Moodus, Connecticut, where he worked as a bartender. His pastimes included snow skiing, snowboarding, fishing, sailing, listening to music, jeep rallies, poultry farming, and spending time with his family and friends. Brian enjoyed going to jeep rallies, various other social and charity events. He was preceded in death by his father and sister Barbara Thompson. He is survived by his loving son Matthew Picard and his wife Elizabeth; 3 grandchildren Connor, Hunter, and Skylar Picard all of Deridder, Louisiana; Mother Jane Picard of Auburndale, Florida; and twin brother Bruce Picard of Auburndale, Florida. A gathering and celebration of Brain's life will be held at a later date.
