BORN: October 20,1978
BORN TO ETERNAL LIFE: September 6, 2025
Brian was a very happy, bright-eyed people watcher. He drew everyone in with his beautiful smile and deep hearty laugh. It was a blessing to have him in our lives. He was truly an angel. He was a resident of Bethesda Lutheran Home since 1992 and moved to his beautiful group home in Watertown in 2014 where he received exceptional compassionate care from all staff, especially Theresa who we would like to extend our special thanks to. Words cannot express how happy they made Brian. He enjoyed music, watching Disney movies on the big screen TV in the great room, going to the movies, the Fireside theater, petting zoo and just being outdoors for any activity including watching the birds from the screened patio of his home.
He is survived by his parents Curt and Jeanne Pitel, brother Matthew Pitel, sister Stephanie (Noah) Caminata, Grandpa Cal, aunts and cousins, friends, and all of his many special Bethesda friends.
A Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home of Watertown with Rev. Steve Steele presiding. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the Funeral Home.
