November 13, 1971 – December 11, 2025

Brian Mitchell Snyder, 54, of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Brian was born November 13, 1971 in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia to the late Mitchell and Carolyn Snyder. He was a life long resident of the Northwest Georgia area and for many years worked as a machinist and metal fabricator at Interstate Machine Works. Brian was a big fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, fishing and loved riding Harleys. He always enjoyed riding with friends, group rides and benefit rides. He enjoyed working with his hands and working on cars, and small engines. He loved his dogs. They were his constant companions and he enjoyed spoiling them. Brian dearly loved his fiancée, his siblings and his family and enjoyed every moment he was able to spend with them. He loved to cook and have big family dinners and spend time together as a family. Brian was greatly loved by his family and all who knew him. He will be sorely missed.

Brian is preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell Ocie Snyder and Carolyn Ann Snyder Harvey; brothers, Wesley Snyder, and Chris Snyder; nephew, Jared Snyder; and sister-in-law, Rhonda Snyder.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving fiancée, Angela Clemmons; step-father, Ed Harvey; step-mother, Evelyn Snyder; sisters, Janet Skates of LaFayette, Georgia, and Regina (Richard) Worley of Tunnel Hill, Georgia; brothers, Jeff Snyder of Trion, Georgia, and Allen Snyder of LaFayette, Georgia; step-brother, Chris Harvey of East Brainerd, Tennessee; and several much-loved nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life memorial gathering will be held at a later date. Your prayers and support mean a lot to us during this challenging time, and we genuinely appreciate them.
