Mr. Brian Welton Solesbee, 59, of Lancaster passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024 at his home. He was born November 28, 1964 in Lancaster, a son of the late Charles Welton Solesbee and Joan Galloway Solesbee. Brian was a carpenter by trade and loved racing. Brian was known as the "War Eagle" by many.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Solesbee will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Williams officiating.
Brian leaves behind his wife, Rita Pardue Solesbee of 39 years; a son, Brian Neal Solesbee; a granddaughter, Selyna Lynn Solesbee; a nephew, Cody Solesbee; and a niece, Terica Benton. In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Vernon "Chucky" Solesbee.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at his home, 2012 Williams Circle, Lancaster.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 1635 Cedar Creek Road, Hartsville, SC 29550.
