He gave me my first orchid. He gave me delicious food. He gave me a ride to the outlet mall. He gave his time to watch my cats. He gave himself to others.

Shocked. Just before Thanksgiving he was talking about the turkey breasts he was going to fix for his family holiday meal. I thought Brian was and incredibly generous peson and a wonderful cook. He would bring food to the people at the bar. Once he brought me one of his famous stuffed green peppers. He leaves taking all the great things he gave in life.

I am stunned that he is gone. I know he loved his family and friends. And they loved him too. I hope he will find joy in the next place.
