Brian Stevens Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Eaton Funeral Home & Cremation Center - Main Chapel on Jan. 2, 2026.
Brian T. Stevens, age 50, of Sullivan, Missouri, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
Brian Timothy Stevens was born on May 21, 1975, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to the late Gary and Velma (Scofield) Stevens. He grew up in Saint Louis and was a graduate of Jennings High School. Shortly after graduation, Brian began a career with Ford Motor Company, where he worked for more than 17 years until the plant's closure.
In November of 1997, Brian was united in marriage to his high school friend, Angela Polito. Together, they were blessed with two daughters, Ayrn and Leah. The family later moved to Sullivan, Missouri, where they raised their children, and Brian continued working various odds-and-ends jobs to support his family.
Brian and Angie simply enjoyed spending time together. He loved watching movies and documentaries and had a strong passion for learning. Brian was very smart, an excellent cook, and a genuinely helpful person who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He had a big sense of humor and was known for being very funny.
Brian was also well known for selling tickets to many Saint Louis sporting and entertainment events. He helped countless people attend Cardinals baseball games, Blues hockey games, and many other major events, including concerts, sharing his love for the city and its teams with others.
Above all, Brian was a devoted, caring, and loving father. He especially adored his grandchild, Avery, who brought him immense joy.
Brian will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Brian is survived by his wife, Angela Stevens of Sullivan, Missouri; two daughters, Aryn Stevens and significant other Jonah Hunter of Sullivan, Missouri, and Leah Stevens and significant other Alex Sloss of Sullivan, Missouri; a granddaughter, Avery; a brother, Eric Stevens; a sister, Tammy Warner and husband Ed of High Ridge, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Velma Stevens; and his father-in-law, Joseph Polito.
