Bridgette Renae Smith

Bridgette Renae Smith, age 65, passed while recovering from surgery. She was a native of La Porte, Indiana, where she was raised. At the time of her passing, she resided at Plaza Grande Apartments, Salinas, California.

She was born on November 12, 1960, to her parents Artis Bernard Lewis and Lilly Ruth Lewis. Bridgette attended Ball State University.

She enjoyed singing, playing the piano, spending time with family, and praising God. She was a member of Royal Family, New Life Church of the Nazarene, and The Father's House.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Smith and Travis Smith; her grandchildren, Natalia Smith, Cameron Smith, and Trae Smith; and other loved ones. Our family loves her. Her children, her grandkids, and all who loved her are grateful to have had her in our lives.

Thank you for being such a wonderful mother. We sincerely love her.

A visitation will take place Friday, February 6, 2026 from 10am-12pm at which time her Funeral Service will begin at Healey Mortuary Chapel. Immediately following her Funeral she will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Prunedale.
