He is survived by his parents, Christopher and Kailei Both of Watseka; two brothers, Courtland and Beckett Both; maternal grandmother, Shellie Harms of Kankakee; paternal grandparents, James and Kathleen Both of Watseka; uncle, Isaac Harms of Chicago; and aunt, Tailor (Quinten) Burnes of Bourbonnais.
Briggs was preceded in death by his twin sibling, who passed away earlier in the pregnancy and his paternal grandfather, Jerrold Harms.
Private graveside services will take place at Iroquois Memorial Park in Watseka.
