Brigitte Sigrun Mislyan

Our beloved mother and grandmother gained her angel wings on February 3rd, 2022. She passed peacefully surrounded by her daughters Patty and Michelle, and her grandchildren, Erika and Travis.
Our mom's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her, understand that the imprint she left on our hearts exceeded the quantity of time that she stayed here.
She was a hard worker, working at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs for 45+ years, but most importantly Brigitte was a terrific mom and grandmother. She always put her children before her own needs. She was a strong German lady but also a sweet and generous soul. Her children were her life. Brigitte is survived by her three children, Michelle Regina Mislyan-Santana, Patricia Anne Foley (Eddie), Michael David Mislyan (Debbie), her grandchildren Erika Santana, Travis Mislyan, Chance Foley, Michael Mislyan, and her great-grandchildren, Carson and Cheyenne Foley, and her siblings Susi, Irene and Ralph Walter who still reside in Germany.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2022 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Harwood Cremation and Funeral Home, 516 N. 10th Street, Canon City, CO 81212.
