Brileigh Janae Dailey, 19, and Kyler Joseph Dailey, 16, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 1, 2026 in Clyde, Texas. Brileigh was born on October, 4, 2006, and Kyler was born May 12, 2009 in Abilene, Texas to Bill and Sarah Dailey. Brileigh had recently graduated from Clyde High School where Kyler was currently attending.
Both Brileigh and Kyler were active in sports. Brileigh enjoyed softball and cheerleading, and Kyler was passionate about football and track. The two shared and incredible bond as brother and sister being nearly inseparable, when you saw one you knew the other was close by. They enjoyed riding around together listening to music, talking and hanging out with friends, and finding ways to live life to the fullest by including love, laughter and friendship in any situation. No matter where they were, they were always there for their friends and family.
Brileigh and Kyler were preceded in death by their grandparents Robert and Andrea Dailey.
Brileigh and Kyler are survived by their parents Bill Dailey and Sarah Dailey both of Clyde; siblings Landyn Dailey and his wife Harmony of Abilene, Adalyn Dailey of Clyde, Bransyn Dailey of Clyde, Jesalyn Dailey of Clyde, and Rowdy Dailey of Hamilton; aunts and uncles Lora Dailey of Hamilton, George Dailey of Kauai, Hawaii, Josh and Kat Canada of Clyde, and Jacob and Taylor Canada of Orlando, Florida; grandparents Joe and Jana Canada of Clyde, and numerous other extended family members and friends.
A memorial service for Brileigh and Kyler will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Beltway Park Church, South Campus. The family requests that everyone dress comfortably and in a manner that they feel best honors Brileigh and Kyler.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the scholarship fund set up in Brileigh’s and Kyler’s honor. Contributions can be made at any First Bank Texas location under the names Jana Canada and Josh Canada. Please include Brileigh and Kyler in the memo.
