Brittany Billardello Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Grace Memorial Cremations and Burials - Clinton Township on Feb. 12, 2026.
Brittany Anne Billardello, a vibrant and kind-hearted soul, passed away very unexpectedly on February 10, 2026, in Shelby Township. Born on July 5, 1996, in Mt. Clemens, she was a beacon of love and joy to all who knew her. Brittany's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the impact one individual can have on the lives of many.

Brittany was the cherished daughter of Sam and Sandra (Dumais) Billardello, of Shelby Township, and a beloved sister to Chad and his fiancée, Nicole Bezenah of St. Clair Shores. She was an adoring aunt to her nephews and niece, Giovani and Blake Billardello and Aria Bazzetta, who will miss her warmth and playful spirit. Her extended family of aunts and uncles, Frank (Lisa) Billardello, Antoinette (Chet) Mazzoni, Jill Billardello, Barbara (Jerry) Jackson, Ken (Paula) Dumais, Katherine Trainor, and Sharon Smith, along with her numerous cousins, Amanda, Stephanie, Thomas, Lexi, Marc, Ashly, Jerret, Ariel, Chris, Katlyn, Adam, Joshua, and Lauren, will forever hold memories of Brittany close to their hearts. Her two beloved dogs, Prince and Sadie, were her constant companions and brought her immeasurable joy.

Brittany's educational journey was marked by her graduation from Chippewa Valley in 2014, and she was a dedicated student at Macomb County Community College at the time of her passing. Her commitment to her faith was evident in her involvement as a parishioner of St. Paul of Tarsus in Clinton Township. She was an active member of a prayer group. Her passion for dance spanned 14 years, and she embraced every opportunity to express herself through movement.

An athlete at heart, Brittany loved playing basketball, volleyball, and participating in track events. Her competitive spirit was matched only by her sportsmanship and the encouragement she offered to her teammates. Beyond her athletic pursuits, Brittany's interests were diverse and full of life. She was an avid fan of Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festivals, where she celebrated her love for music and dance. Snowboarding was another of her favorite pastimes, allowing her to embrace the thrill of the slopes. Brittany's compassionate nature shone brightly through her unwavering commitment to helping the homeless, a cause that she supported with both her time and her heart.

Those who knew Brittany would describe her as loving and kind, words that only begin to capture the essence of her generous spirit. She lived her Catholic faith through her actions, always striving to bring light and love to those around her. Her sudden departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her legacy of kindness will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her life.

Brittany was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nicholas and Stella Billardello, Joseph and Dolores Dumais, and her uncle Nick Billardello. Her life was a beautiful reflection of the love and values instilled in her by her family, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Brittany's memory will be cherished and celebrated, as her spirit lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were graced by her presence.

A memorial Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 16, 2026, at St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church, Clinton Twp., with 9:30 am visiting. Fr. Ron Essman, retired, will officiate. Arrangements are by Grace Memorial, Clinton Twp. www.gracemem.com

Britt,
You were the best Zia in the entire world. Not just to Gio, but Brayden as well. Your heart never ran out of love. You always taught me to stay close to God and pray when it gets hard. Family is the most important thing and you never let me forget we always will be family. You were the light in so many of my dark days. You filled me with hope when I felt hopeless and we were always each others shoulders to cry on. No matter where time took us, we knew we always had each other. I love you so much. And I will miss you terribly.

You were my classmate at CVHS and we weren't close, but I still remember you in some of the classes we shared, Brittany. I remember your smile and curious nature. May God grant you eternal Paradise. -Dina
