Ms. Brittney Monique Green, age 31, of Roxboro, NC, departed this life Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at UNC Hospitals-Chapel Hill. She was born in Durham, NC but made her home in Roxboro. She is preceded in death by grandparents: Richard and Esther Woods and Emanuel George Green.
She is survived by three children: Donavon Jeremiah Chambers of Charlottesville, VA and Amiah Nicole Faith Green and Bryson M. Bradsher, both of the home; her parents, Donald and Bonnie Green of the home; one brother, Donald Emanuel Green, Jr. of Durham, NC; grandmother, Dorothy Green of Oxford, NC; and a host of other additional relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 2:00pm at Zion Christian Center, 2850 Virgilina Road, Roxboro, NC 27574, with the Rev. Danny Johnson, Pastor, providing the eulogy. Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Her body will lie in state Sunday at the church from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, one hour prior to the service.
At other times, the family will receive visitors at the home, 278 Autumn Drive, Roxboro, NC 27574.

I was Brittney´s counselor at Person High School. I always appreciated her intelligence and sense of humor. I am so sorry to learn of her death and extend my sincerest condolences to her family and friends.
