Brock was known for his adventurous spirit and kind heart. He had a passion for fashion, music, and most importantly his family and friends. He showed his love for others openly, always unwavering and without hesitation.
He is remembered by his parents, Angela and Robert Hernandez, Mark and Jackie Tinoco; sister Danielle (Steven) Winslow; niece Riley; Grandparents RoseMarie and Larry Moreland along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Vera and Frank Tinoco.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 10:00 am at Greenlawn Southwest, 2739 Panama Lane 93313
Following the service a celebration of life will be held at The Station 7900 Downing Avenue #D, 93308
